Q&A

What drew you to Clinic 5C’s mission and values?

I have known Leah since high school and she knew I had a heart for root cause medicine. She thought I would be a good fit to cover her while she went on maternity leave 2 years ago, and I have been here ever since! I love the friendly environment here, and that all of us in functional medicine are truly focused on being the best and healthiest we can be.

Do you have a personal routine for staying healthy or performing at your best?

I work out 5 days a week with a focus on weight training to build lean muscle mass. I do take some supplements to better support my health goals and for disease prevention. I make sure to have adequate protein daily and stay hydrated.

What sport, workout, or discipline shaped your mindset the most?

Weight training has shaped my mindset the most. It truly is a choice and a discipline to get up early each day and focus on building lean muscle mass through my workouts.

What’s something about you that might surprise your patients?

I am a mom of four boys! They are all very active.
