Experience in primary care is preferred and an interest in integrative/holistic health and wellness is a must! The ideal candidate will be well-versed in functional medicine, health and wellness, primary care services, medical office policies and procedures and compliance with state and federal regulations and guidelines.

This position requires the candidate to perform duties within a patient care and office manager scope of practice including, but not limited to:

  • Assembling supplies and equipment needed for the day
  • Manage purchasing of products and supplies
  • Manage E-commerce and online store (commission based)
  • Ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis and manage a team of administrative and clinical support staff.
  • Time spent working the front desk/back office: patient scheduling, collections, answer new patient and marketing calls (training required), patient education
  • Patient care and overseeing patient flow within the day
  • Setting up patients with various modalities and monitoring them:
  • Hyperbaric, Sauna, Cryo-Therapy, Red-light LED therapy, IV Infusions and others
  • Maintaining all office supplies and equipment/medical supplies and equipment
  • Instrument cleaning/ sterilization
