Non Surgical rhinoplasty, a.k.a. filler rhinoplasty, a.k.a. nonsurgical nose job, Part 2: very subtle refinement to meet this patient’s goals of lengthening what she felt like was a short nose and adding some definition to what she felt was a bit too flat. We built some structure along her supratip, dorsum and up into the bridge of her nose to increase the length and add definition, while also making her sunglasses fit better!
