Upper lip reconstruction. After a large, aggressive and infiltrating tumor was removed with Mohs micrographic surgery, this man was left with a large defect of his lip that also involved a portion of his nose and cheek. Here you see him fully healed after reconstruction, and you have to love a little help from the mustache!
