Nasal reconstruction following skin cancer removal with Mohs micrographic surgery. This lovely woman had a deep and complex defect on her nose in a very cosmetically sensitive area after having an aggressive tumor. With a little creativity and some meticulous technique, her nose is fully functional and doesn’t have any evidence of her prior skin cancer!
