Laser resurfacing dynamic photorejuvenation with fat based stem cells and microstructural upper eyelid surgery - this incredible woman had accrued some significant sun damage as a ski patroller at some of the most incredible mountains, a woman after my own heart! This sun damage left her with a complete breakdown of the elastin tissue of her skin causing laxity, deep wrinkling and pigmentary irregularity. We decided to perform some dynamic laser resurfacing utilizing stem cells from her own fat to help rebuild the elastin tissue and eliminate her wrinkles. No volume was used from fat, only the stem cell portion. A microstructural upper eyelid surgery was performed at the same time to lift her sagging lids. She was thrilled and is back on the slopes, just with a little protection now!
